Solstice 2025: Alive-ing and Thriving in the Sea-Change

Summer 2025 introduces us to a new era of planetary elements – with Saturn and Neptune dipping their toes out of water and putting their feet to the fire, and Uranus on the precipice of rocketing out of earth and into the ether. That said, our summer beach retreats and downtime may feel extra-nurturing, as we’ll welcome the soft and cuddly side of Jupiter nestling into its favorite place in the zodiac.

About the Workshop

Be prepared to experience the astrological times and how we can ride the changes and thrive using yoga asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation and ritual as astrological magic.

We’ll explore the meaning of the specific vibrations (harmonics) at play for the next three months, along with the early bird indicators of the profound elemental (intentional double entendre) changes we all collectively signed up for.

The class will be live-streamed in-studio, with live music and vocals. It will also be available for pay-per-view. Registrants that miss attendance will be sent a link to the edited recording within 10 days of the live class. Group Karma is producing a mantra album! Among the positive feedback received from our online workshops and at the recent Convergence 2025 workshops: Everyone in attendance loved the mantra work and everyone loved hearing Karma’s vocal interpretations. We expect tracks to be released by Summer 2025 with the full album released in December 2025.
